Monica and Alex were the opticians who helped me with selecting new frames and going through payment. They were both very helpful and understanding throughout the process of explaining and working through insurance. Overall it’s a very welcoming environment, all the tests go smoothly and quickly. I’ve had similar positive experiences with other TSO locations.

Walked into Texas State optical and the lady at the front desk looked at my glasses and knew immediately what to do...I asked how much would it be, and she said "no charge" ... Two minutes later, I had my fixed glasses back in working order!!! It is nice to know that there are companies out there that are customer oriented ... I wished I lived here so I could give them my business !!! Amazing and fantastic service and so nice also 😍😍😍

I saw Dr. Tibiletti today for some eye concerns and I really appreciated how thorough he was with everything. The appointment didn’t feel rush at all and he took his time explaining to me what was going on as well as answering my questions. It’s rare now to find doctors like that who make you feel heard about any questions the patient has. I also really love the rest of their staff! Very friendly and kind. The office was really nice and spotless too. I’ll be coming here from now on for any eye problems and contacts/glasses related issues. Highly recommend :)

I don't give many 5 star ratings, how TSO in Allen 100% earned it.  As an added bonus, I was able to pick up my new glasses in less than an hour.  I really was impressed with TSO, and they  have earned my business for life...

Dr. Robertson took such good care of my 84 year old Mom. He spoke directly to her in terms she totally understood. He was kind and caring most importantly positive and yet real about her problems. I am so thankful I have left her care in his hands. Thank you TSO Allen staff for making it a pleasant and efficient experience. To everyone reading this review, if you haven’t given them a chance to serve you…… you are missing out.

The best place in Allen, TX for comprehensive eye care!  The receptionists are friendly and welcoming.  The technicians are competent and they perform various tests efficiently while using modern diagnostic equipment. Dr Reid Robertson is good humored, empathetic, patient, knowledgeable and respectful of me as his patient.  He is a good listener who takes time to answer my questions and to explain treatment recommendations.   I feel that we work together as a team. I highly recommend this practice.  Make an appointment.  You will not be disappointed.

I had an amazing experience at TSO in Allen. The staff there were great and understanding. I have never had a bad experience with them. The eye doctor was great and made me feel better about my eye situation. The ladies that helped sale me my glasses were understanding and kind. Even helped with new ideas for my new glasses. I had to have my glasses adjusted and they were just as kind and helpful as the day I bought them. Thank you Sam, Renee, Monica and Dr. Tibiletti.

Top tier place if you need to get glasses.  Customer service is 10/10. Anytime you need help with your glasses they’re ready to help you.

TSO Allen was a great experience. Very friendly staff at the desk. Great facilities and equipment. Dr. T was fantastic and really took the time to listen to what I was needing and cared about what my issues were. 100/10. Will definitely go back!
